We strive to offer convivial service & great food in amazing locations. We are a small team from all walks of life with an honest approach to proper hospitality and an atmosphere that allows us to the best of ourselves. In fact, being ourselves is a pre-requisite of being part of the TBC family….
We are extremely proud of the packages we give our staff, and the fact we have many staff who have worked for us in excess of 7 years is a testament to that. We do not believe in age-related pay – we pay you for the job you do regardless of your age.

There to create unforgettable experiences for all our customers! We need enthusiastic, passionate servers to look after all our wonderful guests. Experience isn’t required as full training is provided when you start with us and we promise to develop your skills continuously throughout your employment.
KITCHEN
Our kitchen teams are the heart of our businesses – creating exciting, flavoursome dishes with locally sourced product. As winners of Gastro Pub of the Year 2021 – we know good food! But our aspirations don’t stop there… so we are looking for talented chefs of all levels to join us on our journey!
